Jagerberg is a Beer Hall and Alpine Tavern in Hunter, NY - the heart of the Catskill Mountains. We serve updated versions of classic German and Alpine fare, German beer & wine and German style beer & wine made in NY State. Jagerberg is located directly across the road from the Hunter Mountain Ski area and is centrally located in the beautiful Catskill mountains. You will be working with a group of dedicated hospitality professionals in a friendly and supportive work environment. Kitchen Help
When working in the kitchen at Jagerberg you’ll learn from our chef while being challenged in a fast-paced and stimulating restaurant. Come refine your skills in a casual but professional establishment.
Job Tasks:
Prep recipes using excellent knife skills, following directions with quick efficiency
Keep stations neat, organized, clean
Become extremely familiar and well versed about entire menu
Clean kitchen as shift requires

Bartender
We are looking for a creative and dynamic bartender to lead our bar program at Jagerberg. Ideally you will know about German and local beer and wine and be willing to learn about and add to Jagerberg’s unique liquor and cocktail program. Must be 21+
Job Tasks:
Provide fast and friendly service to bar patrons
Run service bar
Stock beer, wine & liquor and keep track of inventory
Create new seasonal cocktails that align with Jagerberg’s Alpine theme

Food runner
The Food Runner is responsible for getting plated dishes from the kitchen to the table in a timely and accurate manner.
Job Tasks:
Help set up Expo station before service
Carry plates of food from kitchen to the correct table and deliver to the correct guest
Help with kitchen cleaning duties as the shift requires
